Warranty

At G.I.C Campers all workmanship which includes materials are guaranteed. The guarantee is valid to the original purchaser only for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase.

Warranty excludes damage caused by additions, modifications to or alterations, accidents, wear and tear or abuse of a G.I.C Campers product.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, G.I.C Campers will repair or replace it at G.I.C's discretion. This includes damage caused to zips, rims, tyres, suspension and canvas material.

G.I.C Campers must be given the first opportunity to arrange any warranty repairs.

Any transport costs arising out of a warranty claim will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
