Warranty

At G.I.C. Campers all workmanship which includes materials are guaranteed. The guarantee is valid to the original purchaser only for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase.

G.I.C. Campers does not cover damage due to additions, modifications, misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, G.I.C Campers will repair or replace it at G.I.C's discretion. This includes damage caused to zips, rims, tyres, suspension and canvas material.

G.I.C. Campers must be given the first opportunity to arrange any warranty repairs.

Any transport costs arising out of a warranty claim will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All deposits are non refundable for cancellations once the camper trailer starts production.

G.I.C. Campers are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit - but we can assist the carrier to resolve shipping issues if reported to us within 24hours of delivery.
