It has been our dream for a long time to travel around Australia with our three young children in tow.  We set our hearts on buying a camper trailer to be our home away from home.  My husband and I  looked at both new and used trailers to make sure we'd get value for money, this is what led us to purchasing our off road camper trailer from GIC.  The value for money enabled us to purchase the off road model, which with other companies was well out of our price range. Since purchasing our camper trailer, it has given us the opportunity to have inexpensive holidays together as a family with out having to pay for expensive hotel accomodation.  As we have 3 children, we needed a camper trailer which provided enough room for them to play in any kind of weather.  The GIC camper with its encloseable annex gives all three of our children plenty of room to play happily. Our children have an absoulute blast when ever we go camping, regardless if its in our back yard or a remote campsite, we get to spend time together as a family doing the things we love. We had been looking around for about 8 months for the perfect first time camper at a realistic price, and were rapt when we found the GIC through a friend who had recently bought one. It was just what we were looking for and at the right price with the added extras such as water tank, tool box and kitchen.
We made a phone call to ask some questions and before we knew it we had the off road camper being delivered to our front door. The service didn't stop there though, we called again to ask about rego and the sales staff were very friendly and helpful.
We have had the camper now for 3 months and been away 3 times already. We love it, we are relatively new to camping holidays but have taken to it like we have always been campers, maybe that's because the camper is so easy to put up and so great to holiday in.  
Our first trip to Lake Wivenhoe, involved a typical South East Queensland tropical storm with lightening, thunder, high winds and very heavy rains. The camper withstood the elements and we slept, safe sound and dry in the surrounds of very vocal koalas - but that's another story!
With 1500 km's under the campers belt, we are still going strong and planning our upcoming christmas holiday and can't wait to get out in the great outdoors again soon.

To Whom It May Concern   Congratulations on a great camping trailer.  We have just got back from the coast where we had the most enjoyable long weekend in our new camper.  We found the camper to be really easy to put up and down with just two people..  We had forgotten all instructions, the cd and had only put it up in the backyard once to weather it but we still got everything in the right place.  Goes to show how easy it is to put up.   There was a number of people that where walking by or camping near us that gave us comments on how good it looked and how spacious it was.  When we bought one of the campers one of our friends then went out and purchased one as they liked it so much.  Also when we got a road worthy the mechanic also liked what he saw.  I have passed on your details. Time, know how and the correct gear to fold up the sheet were not in abundance. The unit supplied is designed well and has allowed for many of the modifications I have made to date. Hi, We have just completed a 6,500km trip to far Nth Qld and are very pleased with the GIC semi off road version trailer we bought. It was easily towed behind a 2003 Subaru Forester and we found it very easy to set up after a couple of stops. Your 10 minute setup was correct and the same time to pack it up after overnight stops. We bought an Offroad Package Camper Trailer in January this year and have had some fantastic weekends away offroading and are looking forward to our annual offroad trip to central Australia in October.

The tent and trailer have been into some pretty rough areas over the last 9 months on weekends away and have handled the terrain without a single problem. The tent is huge and has endured a few downpours and high winds without any issues. We really can't fault the trailer or the tent and have had some fantastic problem free trips away as a family.

We shopped around and looked at second hand units but kept coming back to GIC. Allround the camper trailer has been great value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending the GIC units to any prospective buyers.

For the purchase price, value for money and after sales service they are the best on the market.

Thankyou for our Camper, we are very happy with your product. We
bought our camper to do a long trip from Merimbula NSW, far south
coast, to Townsville QLD, with a lot of stops on the way. We were very
happy with the sales staff, as all of our communications were over the
phone, they were very helpfull, and very accomodating to my dad when
he picked it up for us. We were more than happy with the price, we
thought it was extremely good value for money. It is an awesome
product, great quality since it has to accomodate our whole family and
be durable enough to cope with the kids. We have taken it camping a
few times now and find it very easy to assemble, even without the
instructions, since they got left home on our second trip. A couple of
tips for anyone buying one, make sure you season the canvas by wetting
it down properly, and while its dry, before it rains.

We picked up the trailer on Saturday at lunch time. The kids wanted to sleep in it Saturday night so it was a cold one for us all. We were impressed with the quality of the trailer and tent. Good Morning everyone at GIC.

We purchased a semi of road camper last weekend at the Coffs 4x4 show, like big kids we had to try it as soon as possible even though we still havent seen the set up DVD. Gay and I set of Friday afternoon for the 6 minute trip out to Valla Park, after carefully selecting our site we set about setting up the camper. Being too excited to think things through we forgot to take all our gear out from under the trailer before setting up, no problem just a few bruisers to the body from climbing under the trailer. We were delited that we had it all set up in under an hour including the tent with just one wall in it, not bad for the1st attempt and we can now see that the 10 minute set up time is very possible. 20 minutes saw us packed up ready for the big trip home. A very big thank you to GIC and also to the boys at the sales site in Coffs we are delited with our camper and it attracted much comment from the hardened travellers at Valla Park, and how good did we feel when they commented on how efficient the set was, Great work team and again thank you.

G'Day,Just a quick email to congratulate you on a great camper. I have the Extreme Off Road.I've added a couple of extras like kitchen, battery, storage box and will be adding a stone guard in the future. My wife and the 3 kids are very happy with our camper, there's more than enough room for us all and our bags in the tent area.I must say that the suspension is set up perfectly. I got to test it out on some very rocky roads and the trailer sat beautifully, better than my Patrol.I have had to add better weather seals all round but other wise it was great straight out of the box.Thanks again for an affordable and capable camper trailer.RegardsMark HodgeHODGE CARPENTRY
